Pork Chops with Apple Chilli Sage Jam

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops 
- 2-3 tablespoons O’Mimo’s Apple Chili Sage Jam 
 ( Or Head Exploader Hot Sauce)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Fresh rosemary for garnish 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix O’Mimo’s Apple Chili Sage Jam or Head Exploader Hot Sauce olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. 
- Rub the mixture onto the pork chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. 
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C/145°F. 
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
