Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken thighs 
- 3 tablespoons your hot choice of O’Mimo’s Hot Hot Sauce 
 ( Or vary with Not So Hot Sauce or Head Exploader Hot Sauce)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin 
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish) 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix your hot choice of O’Mimo’s Hot Sauce, olive oil, natural yogurt, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. 
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. 
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C/165°F. 
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
