Grilled Prawn Skewers
Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined 
- 3 tablespoons O’Mimo’s Chili Mango Mania or TropAtomic Hot Sauce 
- 2 tablespoon olive oil 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Skewers 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix O’Mimo’s Chilli Mango Mania or Tropotomic Hot Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
- Add prawns to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- Thread the marinated prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until prawns are fully cooked.
